4GB Nano With Warning Message

My 4GB Apple Nano came in last week to replace my old MP3 player that only works when it feels like. When you work out with your own personal soundtrack, it is hard to get going without one. The outer wrapper of the Nano had this warning:

Are you trying to tell me people steal music? My parrot and the rest of my ship's crew are shocked as well...
