World's Oldest Noodles Found
The world's oldest noodles were recently discovered in China at the Lajia archaeological site near the Yellow river. Radio carbon dating puts the noodles at about 4000 years old and they were made with millet rather than wheat. This will either fuel or help end the debate on who discovered the noodle, between that Italians, Chinese and Arabs.
