HUD Charges Arlington Park/Churchill Downs
This will probably bring the protestors out again, as HUD has charged Arlington Park with violating the Fair Housing Act. By not allowing families to occupy all the dormatories at the track, HUD says the track is descriminating against families. Arlingto Park says that some of the housing is too close to horses and heavy machinery to be safe for children. (Very simplfied)
